This week, Canadians are once again celebrating “Staffing for Canada” Week. Each year, Canada recognizes the contributions the staffing industry makes to the economy. It’s a timely reminder of the role staffing professionals play in keeping Canadians employed and businesses productive and profitable. The celebration began in 1980 (originally called “National Temporaries’ Week”) and has grown to recognize the impact temporary and contract employees make across many industries.
