Our new hire from Mercer Bradley is a great fit for our team. Our new hire was able to hit the ground running based off their prior experience, with training around new and different processes and daily tasks. So far they seem to be a strong teammate to help us for the future. Angela was great in listening to what we needed for our role and providing several candidates for us to review. Angela was open and honest about the process and helped align our expectations for our role. We have used Angela in the past, and will continue to keep and use that relationship in the future when we need help finding the correct candidate.
