If there is not a good fit, maneuver into a new position, employer, or path you are passionate about.

Create your own style. Use your strengths and what works for you to develop a process that aligns with what you do best. Think about your leadership style, including which techniques you use most often to motivate and engage others. Your network is a powerful source for finding accounting opportunities. With all the knowledge and experience available among your connections, your odds of finding opportunities in line with your passion and goals are strong.
