Be Prepared With Solid HST and Vacation Coverage

May 5th, 2010

It seems as if spring is beginning to put in an appearance which puts us in mind of warm weather and being outside. It also starts people thinking about summer and planning their vacations. Vacation time, although a much needed break from work to rejuvenate the spirit, can also be a time of stress to an employer as the work still needs to get done. Then, on top of that, we are now facing the roll out of HST. Regions that have introduced a value-added tax (like the HST) see increases in productivity and investments. This means more work for updating and implementing the systems to accommodate for HST, and also an increase to the work being done in your accounting department. We would love to be the solution to your vacation coverage challenges and your additional HST workload.
