This junior candidate is looking to land a junior accounting role, but has only accounting theoretical experience, hands on administration and quite a bit of volunteering experience. This candidate is energetic, extroverted and would please any employer!

Candidate G - Intermediate Accountant - Financial Industry Experience - Salary $55k

Candidate I - Bookkeeper -$20/per hour

• Accounting Diploma.
• Ten years full cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, entries, payroll and government remittances.
• QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, Accpac, MS Office
• Looking to take a part time bookkeeping role.
• Surrey, Richmond and surrounding
• Very professional, mature, excellent experience and good sense of humour!

This candidate has a flexible schedule to handle up to three days a week full cycle bookkeeping. His references are excellent and testing above average!

Candidate J - Property Management/Construction - Senior Accountant - Salary $55k

• BBA, CMA - Fast Track Program - Completing his SLP right now - has two years remaining
• Full cycle accounting, accounts payable and receivable for multiple entities
• Preparation of pro-forma mortgage funding requirements, Inter-departmental allocations of invoices/payments, monthly tenant rent and charge backs, investor distribution schedules and payments, and monthly WCB and CRA payroll reporting
• Review and investigation of cost to complete reports
• Project budget formulation, variance analyses and investigation
• Trade contract negotiation/administration
• Commercial leasing administration and management
• Supplier and Trade credit application approvals
• Conveyance of multimillion dollar real estate assets and due diligence reports
• Financial statement preparation and review
• Multiple entity cash management reporting
