Senior Level Accounting Manager with many years of experience in the travel, banking/finance and non-profit. Areas of expertise include financial statement preparation, employee supervision, complex reconciliations and the ongoing integration of a front end transaction based software to the general ledger. This candidate is flexible and available until December 2010!
CMA candidate with solid numerical and analytical skills is seeking an entry level role which will enable him to be mentored by seasoned professionals. Having completed two contract positions in an Analyst capacity, he is eager to obtain a position that he can take ownership of and advance within an organization. He has hands-on experience in data mining and inventory reconciliation utilizing Excel , has assisted with accounts receivable and payable, and is proficient in Quickbooks.
This Accounting Clerk has a solid background in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank rec’s, and journal entries. He enjoys looking for new ways to stream line processes and has been involved with the implementation of a new accounting software system . He is an out of the box thinker that adds value to any accounting department while ensuring his best overall performance is exceeded. While most of his work history has been focused on Accounts Payable, his last role offered a unique opportunity that involved him processing revenue to ensure proper collections and allocations of fees were submitted from contractors. He has graduated with a Business Administration Diploma with a major in Accounting from Red River College.
