Outstanding Property Management Accountant with both Business Administration and Computer Analyst Programmer diploma’s! This engaging candidate has experience in commercial and residential real estate and property management environments. She has been involved in property accounting, corporate accounting and construction accounting over her career. Most recently, she has spent the last several years as a trainer and consultant for a specialized accounting software company. In this role she transitioned several clients into very satisfied “super users”! Her accounting, technology and people skills will make her an outstanding addition!
This 3rd level CGA student with a Business Administration Diploma and an aptitude for IT, is looking for his next opportunity that allows him to expand on his strong accounting skills. In his current role he played a major role in a system implementation which included reconciling data, setting up internal processes, writing the manuals and training new users. In addition to this project he also performed account reconciliations and analysis, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly report preparation. He also possesses some costing experience and is well versed in the usage of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables in MS Excel.
This solid Credit Professional currently manages over 500 accounts as well as preparing the bank deposits and GL coding daily. His people skills are exceptional and he has successfully managed and trained teams of over 30 people. He is proactive at dealing with potential credit risks as he meets monthly with industry colleagues to discuss strategies for dealing with certain individuals/companies. He is a self described “company man” who always attempts to make the right decision for all concerned while keeping his eye on the bottom line. With over 10 years credit experience, he will be the first to tell you that he loves what he does, but feels he needs the opportunity to grow more within the industry and is looking to make a move.
