What a change in our weather patterns! I hope you haven’t washed your car this week. Frigid temps and above zero, what a weather roller coaster. I have both my Sherpa lined hat and mitts and rubber boots by my door! We shall persevere, after all we are Winnipeggers and each day brings us closer to spring. I even noticed that it was still light out when I left the office at 5:30 yesterday!

They are seeing less advertisement from companies looking to recruit candidates as the focus turns to recruitment specialists. Of course, there are reasons for this transition.
