Account Executive (Recruiting) - Fraser Valley

As a result of our success and growth in the Fraser Valley, Mercer Bradley is looking for an Account Executive with self-confidence, perseverance, dynamic communication skills and a high sense of urgency to join our Surrey team.

In the sales capacity, you will work in an exciting team environment with responsibility for identifying new business opportunities, defining client business requirements, selling Accounting / Finance staffing services, developing and expanding existing client relationships, and managing ongoing engagements. You will make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with senior-level executives and hiring managers for the purpose of identifying their staffing needs and prospecting new business. You will make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their needs and provide customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.

In the recruiter capacity you will manage the recruiting process: source top accounting and finance candidates through the existing database, networking, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting; interview top candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences; build strong and trusting relationships.

Mercer Bradley will provide you with the training and support to assist you in becoming one of the most highly compensated and respected professionals in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, confident, honest, ambitious, tenacious, proactive, positive and social . Preference will be given to those with a recognized accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA).
